Introducing “The Depths of Perception,” a stunning contemporary art piece that captures the essence of the subconscious mind. This enormous canvas, spanning over 20 feet long and 8 feet high, is dominated by a swirling vortex of colors – blues, greens, purples – that draws the viewer in. Upon closer inspection, one can discern various shapes and forms emerging from within the vortex, as if the mind is trying to make sense of the chaos. The colors seem to pulsate and shift, creating an otherworldly effect that is both mesmerizing and unsettling.
This masterpiece is a homage to “The Starry Night”, the iconic painting by Vincent van Gogh. However, instead of depicting the external world, “The Depths of Perception” plunges into the inner world of the human psyche. The artist behind this work is Frank Bueltge, who has been experimenting with combining natural language processing with generative adversarial networks to create digital art. This piece was released today at the Museum of Modern Art, where it will be on display for the next three months. Frank Bueltge’s previous work, “Drenched Dreams,” is also worth checking out.
